Black cap tubes, with 0.129mol/L sodium citrate buffer system to carry out anticoagulation on blood specimen, are used for the test of blood sedimentatio rate by Westergren blood sedimen-tation method. The volume ratio between anticoagulant and blood is 1:4. They cover the dynamic blood sedimentation tube directly offering specimen and 75mm short tubes needing specimen transfer. Dynamic blood sedimentation tube may read directly o the frame after blood collection, or be used in blood sedimentation unit.
